From the Deputy Principal…...


I would like to thank parents for the fantastic turnout to a very successful Meet the Teacher evening. I firmly believe clarity in education is of paramount importance and to this end it is important that information about planning, assessments and key focus areas are clearly communicated to the parents and community. I would also like to thank Mrs King, Ms Captain and Mr Donovan for organising and hosting the evening.

If you haven’t already done so, please take the time to review our updated website.  Photos and text updates are nearly all complete and you will see that the photographs are now looking much more current.   We will do our very best to ensure that regular updates continue to take place.

News...

Choir :
Mrs Barbara Freeman, specialist Music teacher, will be having choir rehearsals on Fridays at lunchtime. The choir will combine both Primary and College singers.  Please let your child's teacher know if your child is interested in auditioning for the choir. 


Lunch Orders:
Lunch orders will continue to be available but ONLY on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Please use the order forms available from Mrs Borrett in the school office, and place the order and money into a sealed envelope.  Please note that all orders must be in by 9:00am.


Student Achievements...  
  • This week's Achievement Certificate recipient was Heidi McAlpine for wonderful work with her problem solving during Mathematics.
  • This week's Merit Certificate recipient was Tia Hawkins for a great welcoming attitude and for showing tolerance in class.

Please remember to notify the school office on 09 428-0903 if your child is going to be late or absent for the day.

Please be reminded that during this term all children must wear their summer uniform and appropriate foot ware. School sunhats must be worn when playing outside.

Also, please remember to notify your child's teacher of any notable achievements that your child has made when out of school.
