Parent Testimonials

Thank you to Wentworth parents for their positive feedback

We have two sons attending Wentworth Primary. One is a foundation student and the other just recently started in Year 1. We have found the school over the past 18 months since it’s inception to be a wonderful caring environment for young children. All the teaching staff are exceptionally qualified, have excellent backgrounds and offer all students encouragement and the best in teaching that we have experienced in this area. The class sizes are small therefore offering ‘peace of mind’ to parents that their child is being looked after academically and socially. Our boys are doing extremely well and we are very pleased with the progress and how the school is managing its development and growth.

Investment in your children’s education is a big decision. Wentworth Primary respects this and we see the return on our investment every day with the confidence and contentment of our happy girls. We are proud to recommend Wentworth Primary for your children.

I asked my son what he likes about Wentworth Primary, his reply was “I like the attention my teacher gives me especially if I don’t understand the question” Thank you for giving him the opportunity to discover the joy of learning.

Our daughter has only been at the school for 2 weeks however we have already seen her confidence grow and through this we have seen improvements in the “3Rs”

We are so delighted we chose Wentworth Primary School for our daughter.  She goes to school everyday with a large smile on her face and an excitement to learn. This is simply because of the emphasis the school places on caring for one another and learning is a happy, intimate environment.

We feel lucky that our daughter receives core curriculum subjects in a class size of eleven. She has also begun the Cambridge Science Curriculum. From the neighbouring college teachers she is learning Spanish, PE, Choir and participating in the beginner band. We have noticed that her vocabulary has improved and she has become a prolific reader of novels. More importantly our daughter is very happy and it is lovely to hear the laughter around the house.

We have found Wentworth Primary more like the English school system that we left behind. For all the schools our boys have attended we have found that they settled at Wentworth the quickest. It is easy to make friends at Wentworth Primary with such small class sizes. Our Son has grown in confidence at Wentworth Primary

When my son was at Wentworth Primary School people would ask me: Was I not concerned about the lack of opportunities in a small school?   In fact the reverse was true.  My son enjoyed more sports and leadership opportunities than he had in a larger primary school.  One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to enrol him in Wentworth Primary. The transition from Wentworth Primary to Wentworth College was easy because he knew teachers and students at the college and was familiar with the environment.
